What is the best software to deal with video games?

As the topic title says, does anybody know what is the best software to deal with video games? I got million of SA:MP videos want to release

Not sure what you want, I assume it's a video editing tool... you have Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015, EDIUS Pro 8... If you need something more focused on special effects I suggest Adobe After Effects CC 2015, maybe Cinema 4D too, but that is not really for video editing. There's plenty of choice, but none of them are click and go. You've got to move your ass and learn how to use specific software.

CyberLink PowerDirector 14 is f***ing amazing and easy to use, but when I try to produce any video some kind of bug keep tracking the video.

I use Sony Vegas Pro. I had Adobe After Effect cs6 before but it was pretty heavy and it had almost no use for me.

Adobe Premiere Pro is bae, especially the CC versions. There's a bit of a learning curve starting out but it's well worth it, in my opinion. Adobe After Effects is good for intros and overlays but it's not really a video editing software.

I bought Corel VideoStudio Ultimate x9, and it is useful and simple.
