Dear court

Based on evidence gathered by members of National Office of Security Enforcement's Crime Investigation Unit, we would like to prosecute three offenders. Their names and charges are listed below:

Josh Saiden, charged with drug trafficking (Act 91)
Chris Saiden, charged with drug trafficking (Act 91)
Mr Jarvan, charged with drug trafficking (Act 91)

Enclosed are evidence supporting those charges. We decided to merge the cases into one as the circumstances are the same and so are the charges.

Our demands are 5 minutes of imprisonment in the Alderney State Correctional Facility and $300 fine paid by each of the accused to the Liberty State.

We will attempt to notify Mr Jarvan in person as we were unable to retrieve his mail address.

In the meanwhile, can you give me the dates of the evidence you have submitted?

Evidence on Josh Saiden were taken on 28th of March this year.
Evidence on Chris Saiden and Mr Jarvan were taken on 29th of March this year.

This is noted by the court and will take this into consideration when the verdict will be passed.

As for the others, I will keep this case open for the next 7 days untill 10th of April. The defendants have time to respond untill then. After 7 days I will post my verdict.

Mr Jarvan was notified of the case in person today.

I will hereby close the case. Mr Jarvan will not show up in court as he has told me personally.

Mr Josh and Mr Chris both have admitted to be guilty. For Mr Jarvan the evidence is clear that he was the one buying weed from an undercover police officer.

Josh Saiden, Chris Saiden and Jarvan are guilty of the crimes they are sued with and therefore will have to be imprisoned for 5 minutes at the Alderney State Correctional Facility and they will have to pay 300 dollars. They will have obey the LCPD's orders when they carry out this sentence. If they refuse then they can be sued again on Act 43.
