Resignation of Las Venturas Mayor Joseph Hawk

To the People of Argonath,

Today on this 7th day of April, 2016, I have elected to step down and effectively resign from the Mayorship of Las Venturas. The decision was tough given the effort and time put into campaigning for this position. Throughout the last 4 months or so, my presence in the community has not been felt and it is not fair to the citizens to continue to hold public office on a promise of something that I simply cannot fulfill. I would much rather allow someone else the opportunity to run for the position who can make an impact in the Las Venturas community. As for me, I will continue to work and offer my services in the legal field, and continue to work closely with the San Andreas Court House.

I would like to give a special thank you to all my campaign donater's and my wonderful campaign staff that worked diligently to make this opportunity possible, without them I wouldn't be where I once was.

I enjoyed very much the period of the elections beside the party I was working with lost, you got my respect for this step and releasing a serious roleplay content for anyone who could really make use of. Must admit that all the effort the entire server put in(including struggles and laughs) for also called 'Mayors' got wasted.

Btw how many days to the next elections?  6 months was mandate right?
