How to remove this software?

Well, that moment when you go search for movies and some chines ads pop up it automatically let you download a software to watch the movie etc. 

So that what happened. There is a chines app keeps annoying me every 5 minutes, I can't really read or describe it's name, but it looks like a shield and when you click on it, a little rocket pops up and makes a circle on my desktop.

I tried to remove it from Control Panel, but had no chance to find it ... Can you guys help me how to uninstall this thing?

Following the admission and removal of the likely virus you have; you might want to install Web of Trust browser extension. This will prevent you... or at least help inform you that the site is probably not legitimate.

Solved.

Even the chines app refused to be removed but Adwcleaner forced it to. 

It is simple to use Adwcleaner, it solved the issue.
