After some science and study, we're actually using German input:


The problem is now, the key I need "<" is on a key that doesn't exist on my keyboard. US Keyboard has 12 keys on bottom layout, and German is 13. Even if I change keyboard layout on my side, or input on their end... the key still physically does not exist on my keyboard. ALT Codes also do not work.

Honestly scratching my head at this moment. I have a cert in Linux Administration and I swear this scenario was not in any training I attended

Is there a option to change input method from eng to ger? Is there a way to set custom inputs? Sort of like a keybind emulation?

Although that wouldn't really work if copy pasting doesn't..

Turn it off and on emulate keyboard if it doesnt work buy Frankfurter sausage and smash the keyboard with it. All the keys will melt and become German and start dancing in weird clothes
