It's a new script, not a new client update. Player slots are something that has to do with the client.

I thought its a new client.
Some old client had 50 players slot, not sure if it was more stable than TS3.

(Many of you might now be wondering If you will keep the items (money, cars, properties) from current server? Unfortunately not everything can be transferred, therefore we will have to convert accounts so you will keep your money (Vehicles and properties will be automatically sold) and have a chance to buy back vehicles and properties once server launches.)
How its gona be if you will need buy cars back---will someone give us that money to buy them back??? im not money greeeeeeding  ,but its not a small amount of cash what you will need to spend to buy back cars ,house,and business...for me its 380k
and about houses and business that you own---and have a chance to buy back vehicles and properties once server launches.chance who will first get it when server launches,or i will have chance buy 1st that house and business what i owned before...and noone will have chance to buy it before me...
i hope you can understand what i mean...

you dont have to buy all the same cars tho :P you can buy the needed one. and work more to get more money and buy what you need.

although i have made enough money to buy all what i need but to be honest in my own opinion i see that removing everything would be better. so that we can start from the beginning and people can buy normal civilian vehicles not all running with supercars around the city

@KaspeeersLV  Property's you own wont be sold to any other player other then you for few days of official launch of the update, don't worry you wont lose what you own now. As for cars, well i hope people who will go into dealership biz will be able to keep up with demands.
