The video didn't render any insight as it's quality was too low to determine any actionable information. A further statement by Marcel and nicely provided your own chatlogs however do justify the claims in this ban.

I would consider arriving at a situation with the intent to kill, but telling people to RP to keep it legit as a "winning" scenario. You have predetermine the outcome of the "roleplay" and fixed it to your own advantage. This while contains roleplay, is disgusting.

aIt is indeed disgusting now that I do think about it, I wanted blood though and it didn't matter who's was it. I was indeed blood-hungry but I mostly depended the roleplay on the player I was roleplaying with. Jackson for example, I went to him with the intention of making him swim in his own blood, however, we took it to another level, we improvised and we wanted him to prove himself to us, and what better way to do so than forcing him to kill someone we wanted revenge on and take pictures of him in order for future blackmail just in case it goes sideways? I did indeed want blood, but in no way did I suggest nor incite for deathmatch.

On the other hand, does it actually matter if I wanted to kill or not? If I wanted to kill an entire mafia, that automatically marks me as a deathmatcher? No. I would have sticked by the server rules, I would have roleplayed with them and we continue on where it goes from there. Everyone here knows how I roleplay, everyone knows that I do not just go around and deathmatch.

EDIT: @Rusty Has there been any development with the video or you still haven't replied to it? I'd honestly give you the entire story via skype and you'd make a decision within 5minutes.. it has been two weeks, and its not that I'm fund of a lot of people but I do wish to continue roleplay as I previously was before I gotten a ban.
