You come onto our turf, execute one of our members, disregard all attempts to establish a business relationship....of course talks on forums are easy. This won't be a one day war. This won't be resolved by camping at our HQ. This won't resolve until every last Gambino has fallen in retribution to our fallen comrade. We would have accepted a Cease Fire negotiation, but your unwarranted persecution has left us no option.
The Luciano Family has been listed as Heathens towards the Nomads of Carson, after the unnecessary death of a Nomad during a robbery by Steve_Gambino and Drake_Gambino. After attempted Cease Fire talks failed multiple times, bounties have been issued on all surviving Gambinos.
The Luciano Family has broken the terms of the original agreement as evidenced on the Nomads page by supporting known Heathens. No bounties will be issued towards Lucianos as no blood has been spilled. Nomads stand open to re-negotiations with the Luciano Family, but all talks of peace have ceased with the Gambinos.
All Nomads and Nomad allies are authorized to execute Gambinos on sight in retribution, however Cease Fire agreements are underway with Lucianos and until negotiations are either a success or failure, no Nomad will attack a Luciano, unless fired upon first. A copy of this Decree shall be posted on the Luciano Group Page as well.
