So we were inside luciano HQ had a shotout with lucianos , all of them got killed.
Pastor came when the shotout ended he was coming for back up.
So we had no choice other than killing him becasue he have been there and saw everything so he is aming on our lifes.
We standed around him and he refused to RolePlay and just pressed h ,Inside a fuckin huge property and even he had no choice to Run...
Do you call this RolePlay ?
Note:There is a screen at Sauvage Fourms topic that proves that he had no way to Run.

Well, I'd say that wasen't roleplayed at all. Just forum report him if you think he wasen't roleplaying.

Report him to the administration, if there's a valid case of refusal to RP then they can deal with it.

First of all, you should understand the basics of roleplay.

When you see people driving around, you cannot stop them and simply pull them out of the car, saying "You Luciano fuckers, get in our car."
Every player here can RP as many different characters as he wants. If I am RPing a hobo, you cannot come over to me and speak about Luciano or whatever regarding my other character. If I'm RPing something else other than the Consigliere of the Luciano Family, then you have no right to connect me to my main character.

Roleplay is about interacting in various ways, not simply seeing the name above my head and killing me after a few sentences.

In essence it is not abuse to press h to exit a property. I have no full view of the whole RP you were attempting to do, so it is hard to judge this exact situation. Though, you can do the same and continue the RP outside.

Plainly refusing to RP is not allowed. Yet again I have no view of your whole RP, so for your situation it is hard to say.

As mikro explained, there's no issue with using "H" to exit properties since it does not breach any of our rules, but you may want to build upon his refusal to roleplay (And the scene as a whole) in a forum report.
