I bolded(?) two sentences for Justin, said by Marcus Ferreira, where he agreed to hear me out and not take any RP measuses, such as jailing me. Because what I had to prove couldn't be explained in RP, it's just how GTA San Andreas' code works, there's nothing I can do in RP to prevent it. And when Justin came, Dwayne told him to unsuspect me ( I asked Dwayne to do that, because Marcus refused previously. )

Now Justin tells me I have to go to jail because I commited bribery, or attempting to bribe, and I asked
both him and Marcus to find in the Constitution where was there "attempting to bribe". Such thing was not found and yet I was banned.

I knew I was going to get banned, I knew it because I was not going in jail, and I already knew I was going to get asked to go to jail, because it's the easy way out, right? You do realize if I got jailed I would lose ~6000 points of notoriety that took me over a month to earn? Just because some cop decided to suspect me for shooting a camera. I told you Marcus was a shithead in a private message, because you told me to calm down and I didn't want to say that to Marcus. And I only said that because Marcus, after telling me to just explain the thing out of RP, which I bolded out in the chatlogs posted above, then took my words that I said out of RP, and used them only to prove me wrong and jail me.

I did in no way refuse to RP with the police force, for fuck sake only two days ago I was sued in court, spent a good two hours or even more RPing the arrest, the investigation, the negociations, the court case, and then the jail time. I do RP, but PLEASE DO GUIDE ME on how I could have RPed this case, just tell me how. I didn't get things my way? Bullshit.

Exactly there is no OOC chat, not even fucking /pm. So how was I going to explain this whole thing to Marcus? Using local chat, duh. I did not tell the officers get this money and let me out. Nor did I attempt to bribe 4 officers. I told them that they were not going to get the money for jailing me, if they ended the thing right there I was ready to give them the money, to each of them. But I didn't bribe them. There's also no such thing as "attempting to bribe" or even "bribery" mentioned in the constitution.  Please do send me what Marcus sent/proved to you.

I have sent PMs to both Justin and Marcus trying to get them to prove that this crime exists, they haven't sent me anything, nor tried.

Investigation (reason for jailing)
At any point I did not agree for Stivi to do the investigation with him without RP. I was just trying to convince him to talk and stop wasting time of 4 officers, as he was refusing to follow officer that he was cuffed by (what i said in local chat was not anyhow agreement to drop the RP- I'm an officer, not an admin, investigation is RP matter). I will not go over the entire investigation. He was to be jailed for breaking following constitution acts:

 Act VII.I: The sale, trading, or otherwise distributing of explosive ordinance including but not limited to RPGs, Grenades, Satchel Charges, and Molotovs is strictly prohibited.

I started to write this unban request with an apology, because what I said was completely unnecessary. Thing is, the cops saw me having a molotov, because of the mechanics of GTA, and suspected me for shorotig. I had already taken my picture and was on the leave - was already inside my sandking, and then I got /su'd. I gave up almost instantly and then got pissed off at both cops and myself. I'll PM you the reasons if you need but it's pretty self-explanatory. How would I even be logical about it? I was suspected for shorotig. I could not RP the entire situation and get out of it, because it just couldn't be RPed it's how GTA works.

I've previously mentioned that I was angry, and I have apologized to cops. It's at the first sentences of this unban request. I understand what got me banned, but you've said yourself that both sides were at fault here, this whole situation could have been avoided if someone knew how GTA mechanics work. I've apologized to the cops, I'll do it again if you wish so: I'm sorry for getting mad and overreacting like that. I could have got what I wanted if I only behaved properly and calmly explained the situation. What else can I do and say to get unbanned?
