I know Rusty gave me provisional permission to open this group but out of respect for you guys (no asslicking) I want another confirmation if I can go through with this.

I just don't want another LEO vs Unorthodox group fight like we're experiencing now. If the community isn't ready for a rebellious group I wonder how things will blow up with a fully racist group.

Honestly I don't see any difference between a racist group and a "terrorist" group. The issue that will come into play is how your members treat other players in a non-roleplay context and the image that it portrays to new players. With that in mind, if permission is given, I would suggest having a lengthy and thorough screening and recruitment standard of who is allowed to represent your group. The last thing you want for your group or the server is a bunch of new players coming in and seeing "white supremecy" as being tolerated so they can start flaming in /p. Additionally, I would recommend establishing a safe-word to mutually disengage both parties from the roleplay prior to any interaction. Just as sexual roleplay is ALLOWED as long as both parties agree, if one party feels uncomfortable or offended by the groups actions or statements within the RP, they can state this to the other party, and if they continue, then it becomes an Administrative Matter and can lead to punishments.

After much thought I feel right now is not the best time to open this type of faction.  I sort of said you could but after thinking about it and all the recent commotion we've had I don't feel we should allow such groups that are based on racism and hating on african americans.  Maybe in the future but not at this time.

I can only see this group as a covert reason to kill others, it advertises itself as such tyranny even.

Tell me how this would contribute to a roleplay server, but so far it's only worrying me to the point I cannot accept the idea of it.
You could blame the community for that point of view, given people already (want to) kill each other just for making eye-contact.
