Argomap for 5.2 Project, Poll Regarding Drug-Locations

To gauge community interest, and opinion, I would like to know what you think about me including Drug Market / Weed Field / Heroin Spot locations. I am going to put significant effort into making a mapmod compatible with RS5.2 locations, and support for inclusion of this kind of information is divided. I'd like to see what you guys think, as a resource for new and old players to have access to.

I will set the poll for 7 days, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Do NOT add all drugs spots, just don't. And it will be hard to cover up the weed fields?

Thats kind of the point. I don't want to create something that will give one side or the other an unfair advantage, however, LEOs have knowledge of this already simply from discovering criminals AT these locations. Also, since they are mostly unchanged for the last 6 years or so, pretty much everyone knows them (that are regulars on the server) already. The intent isnt to undermine the efforts scripters and players have gone through to keep spots secret, hence the poll

There shouldn't be any spot where you can do drugs at all. Drug markets can be.

Drug Market is fine, imo. Many, many people would like to know where one is. And there's a chance it might not be active - so yeah those can be added. Rest of drug spots, don't add. No need for a poll tbh.

I really do like jelly beans. I don't really have any specific colors as favorite but damn, I could eat some of them right now. I think what makes them delicious is that huge amount of sugar that they insist on putting in them and I assume that cute little tiny shape of theirs.

The green jelly beans are my most favourite. They have a different taste to the rest and it tastes a bit tangy.. Its good. I usually pick out all the green ones and eat those first. Then my second favourite is the red ones, they just on my favourite list because I like the colour red.. My least favorite are the purple ones, just because they taste like shit.

Thats the general direction this project is going I think. Based on the polls, people are pretty evenly divided between "Just drug markets" "none" "all" or "jelly beans". In reality, ill probably just build a map either without, with drug locations, or a combonation of a few sample locations. New players dont generally look up map-mods like this anyway, so the only real use would be to de-flavor the game, and I'd rather not do that

If i do make a map with the full amount of info, I think it would just be for my own personal use. The community doesnt seem ready for a "complete" project like that.

Perhaps you aren't familiar with how statistics work.

If any drug market/drug locations are included, they will be near LSPD as sample information...though even that is doubtful to be included, as it would be easy just to show a player where the locations are. I will not undermine the efforts the community, developers, and scripters have made over the last decade to encourage roleplay and interaction on the server.

 make them learn the spots cus google maps doesnt show me where the black market or drug spots are
