Hello, I'm Manoni (Hakeem) the administrator who has issued your ban.
First I have to remind you that as a member of the staff team, I have to act unbiased, means that the results of the aforementioned situation are out of my personal thoughts, feelings or the ones that are possibly related to me in a clan and/or roleplay faction.
Second, as a member of the staff team I must inform that the results of the aforementioned situation are also related to the previous punishments given to you in the server. Before proceeding to the explanation of the reasons that has led to your ban I will list down the punishments that you have received during the past three days, for future references.
Now, I'll start explaining what I understood after speaking with both parties.
I got a report from the player Lamar_Oakwood for "not here to roleplay" right after I noticed on the admin logs that he got killed along with Carlito_Sauvage (both at the same time) due to a shootout involving Deagles.
I went to Carlito to ask him about what happened and what were his reasons to attack Lamar, he did explained that the situation involved a previous murder of Ty_Sauvage, who got killed by Lamar today, I don't know exactly on what time but I asked him if it was recent which he said no, but he told me that Lamar got spotted (RPly by the cameras of a business) on the moment when he killed Ty. I must say at this point that we got told several times by HQ and it has even been posted on this forums that such reasons like "He killed my member so I have to kill him back" are no longer a valid reason to go against someone, as it's considered poor roleplay and an excuse for a deathmatch.
Afterthat, I asked Carlito if he let know Lamar that they were after him because he killed Ty which he answered no, that he should've already known that. Carlito, as a player of this server, you should know that every action you will take has to be with a roleplay, specially when it's about killing someone else for revenge, you had to let him know what were the reason for you to go on him in roleplay, if not, such actions can be misunderstood as deathmatch and can get you into troubles with administration just like it happened today.
Once I got an explanation from Carlito I decided to teleport Lamar to us and read his version, Lamar told me that Carlito had no direct roleplay approach to him apart from the logs that he already posted here. He did told me that he took his desert eagle out as the "/me" says, but that he didn't shot, rather than that, he ran away from Carlito.
At this point the situation turns confusing, as both players claim that they were not the ones who shot first but that was not the point of your punishments, it's the actions that you and your fellow did against another player, you need to realize that your attempt of roleplay was quite poor and that there were many possibilities for you to start a better approach even to make him stop when he (if he really did) ran away from you.
I have to tell you that I was not gonna ban you, but the attitude that you showed to me and Lamar while we were speaking it was quite bad, you need to control your temper and not go all "/L BAN ME" when an administrator is trying to speak to you. I also have to say that Lamar didn't had the best attitude when he raged at you with insults that led to you talking back at him, I understand you in that way but you two need to understand that I was present there as an administrator and both sides needed to show respect at that time. I also have to add that this wouldn't had happened if this was your first report/punishment but as you can see above my post, your record didn't seemed to be appropriate to the server standards therefore I decided that the most reasonable choice to do was to ban you.
To finish this I have to remind you that every administrator acts according to their criteria when its about issuing punishments but that in no way changes the fact that we have to objective on our decisions no matter who we are dealing with.
This is all that I can say from my side. If needed by management, I can post the logs of the conversation I had between Carlito and Lamar either here or on their PMs.
