Growing up in Washington Beach, Allen Omlas always had a thing for uniforms when as a kid, playing with his friends around the neighbourhood, he saw the officers of the Vice City Police Department being on foot patrol towards Starfish Island. It was no surprise to his parents when after highschool he enrolled in the police academy. Slacking off, he soon found that to wear a uniform, one must be dedicated, disciplined and most importantly, avoid drinking every weekend at the Malibu Club.

Thus he managed to get his time in the academy back on track and was promoted to an officer in the Vice City Police Department. During his time in the force he was awarded a few medals and eventually promoted to Senior Officer. For Allen Omlas stuff seemed to really get going when he was offered a job as Sergeant at the Los Santos Police Department. It turned out that the job should never have been given to him, but to some hot-shot from Liberty City instead. To not disappoint him, the ARPD decided to offer him a spot in the San Fierro Police Department instead. Serving as a Sergeant under Captain Sean Caltson, Allen Omlas felt challenged again.

Eventually, though, he wanted to reach even further and decided to see if there was any way to transfer from the police force to the military force of Argonath, the United States of Argonath Army. Fortunately for Allen, there was, and he was able to first serve in MrsSvensson's batallion and later under the old General Ronn Walters. After years of service, during the cold war, Omlas eventually found himself wearing the two stars of the Brigadier General rank on his officer's cap. After General Walters went into retirement, it was decided that Brigadier General Omlas and Lieutenant General Caion V. Cortis would both replace him as Generals of The Army. What followed was a time of peace, tranquility and training for the army, only recently finding ocassions again to actually put all that combat training to use against the increasing threat of terror from the South-West, way down in Flint Country.
