I just don't trust the brand after I ordered a 660ti back in the day and the fan stopped working and they wouldn't take it in on warranty. but for a 960 get the windforce 3x if possible or Evga

http://www.box.co.uk/Gigabyte_NVIDIA_GeForce_GTX_960_4GB_Gra_1747758.html

you won't regret it with this cooler

also I think even @Mikal has the 3x Windforce cooler so if you need a review ask him.

My brother's PC has this card, it is pretty nice! Runs fairly cool.

However, I'd recommend you to wait because new AMD cards are just around the corner, and prices may drop, or there might be a better choice in your budget once they release.

@MrTrane @Luke

When I push down the fan, it makes less noise by a significant margin. Hmmm

Well it would do, the fan is slowing down.

No, slight touch would result in the noise decreasing.. you were not in TS to witness the noise it actually makes. They thought I was at Heathrow

I would say it sounded more like your vibrator gone wild, but sure call it Heathrow.  :cowboy:

Well, a couple of blades being removed would:

1. Put the fan out of balance, resulting in noise.
2. Result in less air resistance, hence a higher fan speed.

Pushing the fan whilst its moving increases the resistance, so the fan slows down. Touching the fan may also reduce the vibration (being off balance) because it's dampened against your finger.

Because its vibrating less, with your force you take the vibrations away, I can hear it through teamspeak, there is no way to fix it unless.
A) You buy a new GPU
B) Replace the fan (not worth)

Yeah, I'll get a new GPU but will still keep this.. I will always cherish my first beastly GPU I've had in the 20 odd years I've lived on this earth :D

Spoiler for Hiden:
Operating System
   Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
   Intel Core i5 2500 @ 3.30GHz   50 °C
   Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
   8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
   ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8H67-M PRO (LGA1155)   31 °C
Graphics
   TOSHIBA-TV (1360x768@60Hz)
   1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (EVGA)   39 °C
Storage
   931GB SAMSUNG HD103SJ ATA Device (SATA)   39 °C

Temps above - Are these temps normal? Might consider getting a proper CPU cooler. Currently using standard intel one. HDD seems quite high but it might be normal.

your TV is 1368x768... explains why you get good performance lol I can run these on a laptop at that resolution. Get a 1080p screen and a 960 tbh
