Elijah "Loco Loc" Rodgers was born in 1999, in 2012 he was initiated into the 424 Inglewood Crips. Rodgers has not been outside the projects, as he was born and raised in the ghetto. Through committed crimes for the gang, Elijah raised through the ranks fast, but it didn't all come without consequences. Elijah spent most of his life in the Orange County juvenile detention center, leading the clique from the outside. Elijah reputation preceds him, known to be violent and aggressive to get things done.

In his freetime, Elijah is producing music through a small music enterprise called "Inglewood records". He also writes his own music and produces it. Latest live concert was given on 12th June and can be seen here.

Rodgers is suspected to lead a deadly and vicious circle that involves distribution of narcotics and guns in the local pawn shop. Elijah Rodgers is known not only on street-based level, but also by the politicians, closer relations known to be have with Ramo Hawk and Caion Cortis.
