Honestly, no one was RP'ing we were sitting in the middle of the road and Mike_Roach and Adam_Newton were standing on the car doing /piss justin was in the car and we were joking around. I shot is 4 tires out, and i was hitting the car with a shovel and I guess I killed someone. No one was Roleplaying so I don't see why I got single handed banned. Why was no one else punished?

Right, so we can troll, deathmatch and fuck around on the server whenever we want to?  I don't think so.

Me and Adam were driving to Palomino Creek, you tried pulling us over so I had the feeling that you were going to role-play a robbery or something like that, though it all went downhill when you and your friend started hitting and shooting our vehicle.  Paruni is there if you want to do all of that but on this server you role-play at all times, don't expect us to go along with your unnecessary antics.

This is also your third punishment after being warned for abusing /helpmeup by [WS]Al_Svensson and being temporarily banned by me for refusal to role-play.  Please, think about your actions before you act.

I honestly don't understand it Justin. Mike_Roach was driving around and saw you and I figured you were having a bad day like always. I rolled up to your car and Shot the tires out. Because Djole was RP'ing with you. So i figured it was going to be an RP. Then Djole starts punching the side of your car, so what does that look like? A troll. So by the looks of it everyone was trolling. Your passenger got out of the vehicle and got ontop and started doing /piss. So when you want to open up and realize that there was NO ONE role playing and you say I was deathmatching? I didn't DM anyone I was hitting you're vehicle with a shovel. Mike Roach was hitting your car with a fist, and was doing /piss on your car and I was the one that got "punished" for Shit RP and Deathmatching. I seriously want command to look at logs and damage logs from everyone. No one RP'ed so why did I get banned. Or in the case as to this is not a Deathmatch server, Why was I the only one punished for such actions. Please explain.

Can we go look through the "unbans", Everyone that has posted an Unban request has been banned by you. Maybe staff should talk to you and figure out what is going on. I think you are just taking your real life anger out on everyone in the server, Kinda Pathetic.

Damn, I have a bad attitude. To everyone that I have offended I would like say sorry and that you guys deserve someone who is well known in the community. I would like to say that I have realized my mistake of the Deathmatching, and the poor role play I have shown.

Justin, I honestly would like to apologize to you for disrespecting you, and calling out out when all you were doing was protecting the server and its rules. I got carried away and took it way out of line. I am not asking to get back into the server so soon I just want to tell you I am sorry, and that you will see a lot more respect from me. On Skype and in game if I ever get the chance to come back and play on Argo.

Staff, you guys deserve better from me as well. You guys put effortless time into the server to make it a better place for us. And me breaking the rules is like stabbing you guys in the back. I can assure you that my actions are going to change in the community.

It's taken you to get banned to notice you have a way of being hostile to everyone even in this very unban request you dump all over the admin with your nonsense.  If you want to accuse a staff member of banning you because he was "angry" use report a staff form but do provide proof of such else we can't take your report seriously. 

As for deathmatching player's who have been here for a long time should know it's not tolerated.  I hope we won't be seeing such actions like this again.

I am working with Vaeldious to control my anger, when I get upset or mad I will just log off for a few minutes take a deep breath and rant to V. When I feel calm enough and able to control my anger I will hop back in game and continue playing.
