How can i get a new ip if i have dynamic .
Please help me my ip route is blocked.

Your IP route's is blocked by the Argonath severs or the Argonath IPs are blocked by your ISP?
You can not change the first two terms of your IP even if you've a dynamic IP. I'd advice you to contact management about it and till then use some proxy, that's what I used when I had a similar issue.

You can use VPNs i.e Hotspot shield, ExpressVPN, VyprVPN, IPVanish, TorGuard. They're good for gaming.

They didn't give you any guidance as to how to get a new IP? I'd have expected them to give you some guidance if it's not you that's banned, else it's simply disrespectful.

I remember in the past that HQ would give special exemption to innocent players who were caught in the route block of a country with a person who keeps causing damage to the server by DDoS or constant ban evading, that cannot be handled well by normal means.

I'm unfamiliar with the circumstances of your ban though, so I'm not sure if something like that can apply here. Still, I think at least some help should be given for the innocent guys who want to play here but just happen to have the same route as some cuntlord who decided to grief everybody.
