We had already said to him not to enter and go away but he did not respond positively and started shooting. Additionally, he'd killed one of ours. My question is : What would you do in that situation?

You either report a deathmatcher or you shoot back, its up to the victim, can't do both though.

If you deathmatch back it still counts as deathmatch. You are supposed to repoet it, bur if you decide to DM back you indeed shouldn't report. Depending on admins both parties could get punished.

First of all, we were collecting the weed, and we told him to leave the area; a couple of times we had warned him but he did not respond and started attacking us. Therefore, we attacked him in return.
