I don't care. At least lets hope for future changes. Last system of notoriety was fine idk why it got changed....
There was a few reasons it got changed. The only reason we've changed it back is because of lag, hackers, and bugs within SA-MP that lead to false kills.
We increased the level from 4 to 6 to make it balanced, if a level 4 tried to claim a bounty on level 6, if they failed and died there was no loss to them except maybe some weapons and a small bit of notoriety. Now, if you try to claim a bounty on a level 6, you too need to be level 6, so if you fail and get killed by them you've now lost everything. That's balance and we believe it to be a fair one.
The increase in penalty for dying while suspect was to discourage abuse of the system to avoid total loss of notoriety.
The addition of a penalty for dying while citizen was just a test to see how it would work... something we've learned very hardly and quickly was not a good idea and thus has been reverted.
