I would use the search function but its broken lol. How are items such as bandages crafted? Anyone got a link to a guide?

Go to market near the hospital of city saints , you gotta buy 30 medical tape and 30 fabric , once you got those /craft bandage (or bandages).

The market sells items from players, right? So where do players acquire medical tape and fabric from?

You can buy it from market , go to the guy in the mall /market 1 and find the medical tape and fabric

Players obtain Medical tape from hospitals and they obtain fabrics from market. (Developers/Managers will add Fabric to the market)

Players can make fabric from sheeps wool from farms i believe, and medical tape can either be bought from the market or from Hospitals

Yeah. I think updating /help should be bumped up on the list of priorities. Would definitely help make the server more accessible to new players.

Fabric can be crafted from wool produced from sheep at farms and is not exclusively available at the market anymore.

Only problem with this is that medical tape isnt available at most hospitals since Mikro's business script.
