The Ninth Avenue Razors are a violent, deadly, and ruthless Haitian street gang situated within Vice City. Their turf lies within the Little Havana district where shootouts with law enforcement happen regularly.
The gang are known for being involved in various criminal activities but with a focus on narcotics trafficking and distribution. Most of their money is acquired through smuggling boats, robberies, and car thefts.

VCPD have investigated the gang in great depth, having labelled the gang more dangerous than the notorious Eighth Avenue Furies due to them having no fear of the police or of dying.
Due to their strong Haitian heritage the gang is known to have a strong sense of loyalty that runs deep within the gangs roots.  Their numbers increase by the day, as do their empire.
Havana is now regarded a dangerous killing zone due to the gangs regular confrontations with the law enforcement anti-gang units that are rigorously trying to counter the crime within the city.
