Argonath Now issue

I activated the Argonath Now with my phone scanning the QR code on my screen etc. could log in fine the whole time. Then when I tried to come online today, I put my pass in then have the authenticator appear I then go to my app as normal and it tells me to get started and then tells me to scan a code, which I currently cannot get because cannot get onto account. Not to also mention that when I try to go to now.argonathrpg.com to get support it tells me invalid gate way (down maybe?). Thanks for the help.

I haven't tested the app yet but afaik there should be backup codes incase something goes wrong with it. Did you save any?

Should be removed from your account. Probably reset the app too, remove all locally saved data and make sure to install the newest version.

When on the login screen and not getting a notification, press [ENTER] or click "Help". You'll then have a few options, one of them being to use a backup code. To get the code, simply open the Now app and the code will appear on the top.

It's possible something corrupted in your phone's local settings; I would recommend what Mikro said. I just had a self-diagnostics check ran on the Now Network and all parts are working correctly.

Also, do not use now.argonathrpg.com, you should be using http://panel.argonathrpg.nl/now
