What would you pay for and what wouldn't you want other's to pay for?

I know that ain't the question you've posed Teddy but I dislike this idea..

The only way I can think of is: Real money to get premium/donator and get discounts on shops (clothing,  furniture, etc) or/and get bonuses on jobs and on things like notoriety (either gain more or lose less or both)

Everything else I don't think that should be achievable with real money(I mean IG money, property and vehicles) because it just goes too much against the original Argonath vision imo

The least you can do to keep it balanced is only by adding vanity, like the neon system that we have hidden in a cabinet.

Custom mappings are too much of a hassle, and no advantages should come out of it.
As for extra accounts. Even though that is tearing a hole in our rules/systems, it could be an option (assuming you limit it to one only)

Much better would be to just leave it for donations to running the servers, with maybe a nice tag on the forums to compensate

There are different exchange rates for "Argonath Castar" (which is a fictional currency in Gondor), these are essentially premium points you can use for the following:

1) custom titles (3d text under the name)
2) boosters (e.g exp boosts, notoriety boosts, etc) in the form of 1 day, 3 day, and 9 day setups.
3) Tax exemptions (for properties) for a fixed duration (such as 1 month, or two months, etc)
4) Premium packages which include special donator boards which contain early insight to upcoming content and features, more direct priority support, and special input on newer ideas. In addition, includes ability to get early access to newer jobs (e.g upcoming fishing job). Access to an exclusive market with discounted items and exclusive VIP items (e.g the boosters). These would be monthly.
5) Extra slots and save slots in the upcoming /wear which includes saving of different wear setups

We get that people may not agree with this; but Gandalf does and one thing we need to understand is: Argonath costs time and money. The developers and staff put a lot of time into this and it all costs money. There isn't enough incentive to donate right now, because hardly anyone does at the present time, as a result we need to adapt to the times and the new era of gaming we live in and introduce those incentives. This is how it works.

1. Who would pay for a custom title? Like anyone's interested.
3. Who cares about 0,8 percent tax a month? It's not worth wasting in real life cash for this. Too little value.

In all seriousness, donator benefits that affect the gameplay too much (IG money etc) sound juicy, but are unfair to those players that don't have the funds.

I'm all for anything being able to be paid for in real life cash. I just don't want to see the server locking things, making it so you need real life coin to be able to play Argonath to its fullest, I'm not for that.

Wouldn't pay for any of those.
For money and self scripted stuff in-game, as well as multiple accounts - I would pay. If I was active and playing that is.

People won't pay for things like 'early access' to things supposed to be implemented a year ago. Either give them in-game advantages or extras or forget it.

Maybe real-estate/land can be put up for sale for RL money, with different $ per sq feet costs for posche and rural areas.
People who purchase land will have total control over that area:

• Mapping requests - Total freedom to request whatever they want from the mappers.
• Laws - If the purchased area is large enough(county size) they can form their own laws.

Of course some areas would need to be put not for sale.

Saying that, if people want to spend their RL cash on IG money then fine. Thinking about it, you can already earn money other ways so it's a "shortcut" rather than a benefit.
