Bruh you couldn't even stop letters from escaping the outline.

prisoner care means that we take care of prisoners/suspect's, that have been detaint until they need to appear in court, meaning we transport them from a police station to a state prison and take care of them, feeding them and give them medication if needed and check up once in a while how they are doing. when they need to go to court we transport them from the state prison to the court room. if found guilty the prisoner is handed over to goverment officials who will take him to prison etc.
