Good Evening,
I'm fairly confident that Argonath, specifically SA-MP, is on a road in the right direction. We have done amazing things over the last year and without a doubt Argonath will continue to achieve amazing things. I have been moved by the sheer amount of support we got when we took the helm of what was only to be a dying project. I've continued to be wowed and impressed by the overwhelming continued support for a newer and better Argonath. I am confident we have set a new precedent for this community and have outlined an amazing game plan for moving forward.
It's after much thought and with a bit of sadness, I must admit to myself and to everyone that I do not have it in me anymore to continue at the helm. So I must take a step back and let the community carry on it's own to something bigger and better.
As it does not require much of my time and it's something I setup to help Gandalf, I will continue to maintain the Argonath servers and services, and I will continue to provide advice and oversight when possible.
My time in-game, my time here involved on the forums, my time as a developer has come to an end for me. It has been probably one of the best experiences I've had online in my 15+ years involved in online game communities. I never thought when I first joined this random server I would not only stay but advance as far as I did here. I owe so much to this community as it was playing here that first sparked my interest in development and has honestly changed my life.
This is not a goodbye forever, I will always pop up here and there, and Argonath will always be apart of me in my ventures ahead.
