Additional notes:I got used to injustice and to be denied so that's fine but i just feel that i should answer you as well as i would like answers on some questions.
When looking at the core of what you did, you clearly abused the script to spawn somewhere else. In the very basics this is script abuse, especially because your intention was also to spawn somewhere else. On top of that it also made you /q abuse in order to avoid the RP, you did not know if everyone was dead yet.

The RP started with 2 of them, noone else interacted with me, they died, rp over.
What you are doing is trying to bend the rules to fit your own agenda. You have been trying to do that for way too long and that time is over now. Seeing your punishment history you cannot seem to learn. Every ban on you was a valid one. Not even considering the other punishments here yet.

I know people will false report and i will end up banned (we can just refer to a day earlier when GSF Mark false reported me and you supported him (it was clear right there whats coming next), when he's actually the one that started roleplay, shot Lucianos and then when he saw that things wont end well for him, he decided to leave. That is avoiding roleplay, he cant just decide to leave a scene with 15 people and act all innocent, but you told me that he's allowed to do so)
With that said, i havent created, nor i have led a single shootout in past year. I always let someone else to the talking and i stay on the side every single time, because i know i will be banned for some false report if i get involved more directly.
But lets consider a small situation that would have gotten you yet another punishment. Happened a few days before your ban. You, Luciano and some friends went after Soprano after they killed 4 of your members in a RP. From all explanations, discussions and facts, you had no reason to directly shoot Soprano. Everything was pointing and explained towards the RP in which there was intel which brought a reasonable suspection towards Soprano. This however does not exclude you from any RP.
What you and the others did was pure DM. You found them, waited about 10 seconds and without any RP started shooting at them. And no "they killed some of us" is no valid reason to directly start shooting.

So Sopranos fed you a cut out video (like they always do - cut out the video from where they can take advantage and never post a whole scene)
Im not sure if you noticed but on my unban where i refer to them attacking Gvardia right after i killed them (DM and returning after death), well that video is now removed from youtube.
Just to clear that scene for you since you apparently are not aware of it.
They killed Lincoln in front of us 2 minutes before that video was filmed and we chased them from Las Colinas to Market ammu (this is their favourite place for shootout thats why they ran there, so they can re-arm 20 times in combat). I had every right to open fire, as well as every other Luciano that did.
The questions i have for you are:
1. So i cant relog when everyone involved in the scene from the beginning died, because there might be someone tagless on the server that wanted to shoot me too ?
2. How can that someone shoot me if he never interacted with me nor i have seen him before ? Isn't that DM ?
3. Probably the best one to ask:
You changed Argonath, forcing people to roleplay and asking them to do unique things.
When you get good and unique RP, you ban the one that made it ?
