Problem logging in

Hello, I'm having a problem with logging in game.
Today, I was playing fine then out of the blue I lost connection and couldn't be able to login and connect after it.
The problem is only within Argonath RPG server, I tried other servers on SAMP and they were working fine, even ParUni was working, tried many things such as factory reset router, restarting pc, deleting gta.set and many other things and here's a pic of what's happening, only on the Argonath RPG server:

oh lord ... don't tell me you play in 16 bit.. and also this happens to me when my internet is being shitty, so either restart your modem or wait it out, it should fix

he tried flushing dns, he tried restarting modem, he tried a factory reset and it still didn't work
