Hello,
After a conversation with Assistant 'Day Shift' Commander Derek Cortez, we both decided to make this press conference. Everyone is invited, including citizens.

You should ask yourself, Why they are doing this press conference now? In our vision, SAPD is away of our citizens in many ways and we need to understand why including the last opinions about SAPD known as Robots. We will listening opinions from everyone to improve our lovely department but for that, EVERYONE should respect the others and wait his turn to give his opinion. ALL the opinions will be fully noted and will be handed to SAPD Upper command staff.
If you disrespect any other citizen or officer present, you will be forced to leave the building. Don't lose this chance to provide us your feedback about our department.

Not everything is about to listen and we need to make changes in our department, following those words, we will be announcing some changes in our shifts that may affect the interaction with SAPD lower ranks and upper ranks. We wanna remember you once again, it's important to know your opinion and feedback so we can improve.

At the end of this announcement, you should be asking where it will take place and when. We decided to use our SAPD Administrative Bureau building located in Commerce, Los Santos. The press conference will start at 00:30 of 17th July, 2016.

We believe in this changes and improvements, now it's your time to help us making those dreams and ideas real.
