Stuck at loading screen - Windows 10

After upgrading to windows 10, I've got some problems with my GTA IV game. First, I had the black screen problem, but I could solve it from another solution.
Now, the game stucks on loading screen, I have tried restarting PC, using some commandline, but nothing worked.

Would be great if someone finds a solution


I have two graphic cards on my laptop: Intel HD Graphics 4000 with 1GB VRam, and AMD Radeon HD 8670M with 2GB VRam.
My in-game graphics memory used to be "/2000-2300".

This exactly solved my "Black screen" problem. The current problem is  the endless loading screen.

I have tried using commandline.txt, with function "-availablevidmemory" with both my cards, Intel with 32.0; and AMD with 64.0 and 32.0, but it still didn't work.

It seems like the only solution is downgrading to Windows 8.1 again. That's the only problem I have with windows 10, other games works fine.

Set it to be compatible with windows 7 and remove  scripthooker.dll + all scripthooker files.

I had similary issues, try this:

1* Properties --> Compatibilities --> Run as Windows XP(SP"3"); Run as Admin; DPI thing(i dont have english OS so cant translate properly it) + Apply it for all USERS.
2* Create a commandline and put the following:
-fullscreen
-novblank
-memrestrict 188743680
-norestrictions

Not working.

Tried uninstalling and installing graphic drivers again, yet it didn't work.
I also tried leaving the game for around 15-20 minutes on loading screen, and it didn't pass it.

When did you upgrade to Windows 10 Home? Did you have this issue before upgrading?

Well actually, a lot of us (forum members) had the same problem with games on Windows 10 Home. I personally had a big problem after upgrading from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Home. I have around 15 games from steam and the others from a black market on the internet, none of my games worked to be honest, even my GTA started to lag (fps reached to 14) and I didn't have a chance to play any. I have tried to upgrade my graphic card and my drivers but still. Well, it might be a problem with installation, so what I suggest you to do is get a free fresh copy of Windows 10 Home/Pro from microsoft.com, or just downgrade to your 'window.old'. Windows 10 Pro is so common for games which we are all using it.
Maybe this is not the final solution tho, try to find another. If you gave up, try mine .

I have upgraded yesterday. I had no problems with games on Windown 8.1, everything was working fine.
I had a windows 10 free update from Windows 8.1 (home I think) to Windows 10 home. I thought it would work fine, but I faced this problem.
I don't know if I can upgrade to windows 10 pro, though, if there's a way, and if it ensures my games to work, I'll probably go for it.

I might downgrade back to windows 8.1 if I don't find a solution.

Downgraded to Windows 8.1. Game working again.
