Release Date

We are working on the server to release it this Saturday July 16th, but unexpected problems may occur, one way or another I'm confident we can release it this week.

Accounts


I can't login, what is going on?
Your account needs a simple password conversion, you can do that by using /newpass [account name] [old pass] [newpass] (without the []).


Using /newpass says "User name contains invalid characters / length, you may contact a manager to change your username"
Contact a manager IG or via forum PM, we will give you a new compatible user name.


Using /newpass says "Old password contains invalid characters / length"
Same solution as the issue above.


Using /newpass says "Incorrect username / password"
1- Your username / password are indeed incorrect, contact a server manager
2- Your account was inactive for 240 days or more, in this case contact Armelin with your username and password via forum PM


I have converted my password and I can't login
You probably typed the new password incorrectly when using /newpass, contact a manager IG or via forum PM.

Where are my vehicles, business, house?
They were deleted, and their full values were added to your account. The server also refunded your stored items such as drugs and weapons.


I think I wasn't refunded correctly
Contact me (Armelin) via forum PM and I will check if its indeed incorrect, but I will not tolerate obvious fake complains.


I lost passport and license
Most likely you didn't, check your /invent and see if you have (0)Passport. The "(0)" is just an ID not the actual value. In case you indeed lost your passport contact a server staff for help.


Vehicles and garages


Using /savecar is not saving my vehicle position
This is explained on our wiki page, /savecar is ment to save colors and tunes only, your vehicle will spawn where you (yourself) left it.


I'm getting wierd errors such as "You must store your vehicle first"
This is also explained on our wiki, you can own as many vehicles as you want BUT you may only use one at time.
That means you will need access to a garage where you will be able to load and store vehicles.


What happens when a friend loads my stored vehicle?
1- Once your friend leaves the game your vehicle will return to the garage where it was loaded from.
2- Your friend can't sell nor tune your vehicle
3- They can only store it where it was loaded from

How to buy my old house and business


We won't sell your properties to anyone else for 30 days, after that it will be sold.
If you own a rather essential business and you see its now owned by the State don't panic, you can still buy it

Note 1: Properties prices were altered based on our new price criteria

Note 2: If you are considering buying every business in town please think twice, we will remove the ownership of any business if its inactive, as we always did.


General confusion and questions

Please consider that the staff team is often busy and overloaded, answering small questions is part of the job but can't always be done. For that reason I spent a few hours updating our Wiki where you will probably find the answer for your questions with good/decent examples.

Still, the 14^th of July was yesterday and it wasn't a Saturday. Today is Friday (15^th of July) 😛. Good to hear the RS2 version will be up this week. I can't wait to work for someone in the new biz staff script.

Excellent! I'm looking forward to try all the new functions and missions of Fireman and Medic jobs, also the new fishing job and all the others we have here. I hope RS2 is gona be an innovative script that will increase the RP in out server.
