Basically, this is what happened. We were all minding our own business at GS9 as usual and some officer kept harrassing us, we roleplayed back and forth a couple of times and after a while ended up with the officer signing his own death warrant so we had to take him out, I was present most of the time but was trying to fix an issue with my game(some sort of grey texture clipping until I eventually crashed, I was also partaking in a TF2 match which I ragequitted a few minutes before I crashed). A couple of minutes after some more officers came to us and aimed there firearms forcing us to open fire, but we did not by this point. We started interacting with them and they started to refuse to speak so we went back to standing at our GS9 spot(again I wasn't present most of the time).

3 FBI Agents came a little bit afterwards for their aids and started aiming their guns at everyone, tazing one of our members who was a civilian at that time, Dan_Svensson, and a FBI Agent went casually on top of GS9 and tazed our suspected member who was clearly carrying a deagle at the time. We didn't have time to do anything, we weren't going to let our members get tazed 1 by 1 and just automatically cuffed so we counter attacked their assault and managed to take out most of them with the same quality of RP. There was no interaction between any party other than Arslan(if I'm not mistaken) shouting at Jim to come out with his hands in the air, and clearly nothing from Peter. The scene could've went better if some words from our part were uttered but nothing was because Jim was going to get cuffed as soon as Peter got close to him.

As Gandalf has said multiple times, any group member is allowed to help and aid their friends in their OWN HQ if they are being attacked and yes tazing someone is a form of attacking, and that is exactly what had happened.

However none of you including Jim, you and Ramo tried to interact with them and you were just standing still there. When I rushed toward the roof I didn't see Jim carrying any kind of weapon so I decided to use taser to stop him but apparently he decided to scroll his weapons after he got frozen by /taser scripts. You guys have noticed the opportunity for a shootout (A.K.A Deathmatching) so you started shooting.

Before FBI arrived there was a cop car with 2 or 3 officers circling the gas tanks and there was some sort of minimum interaction from both me and Ramo.

No, the officers who arrived to arrest jim said nothing and drove away after me and ramo said some pretty intimidating shit, please get it right.

So that's your concept of "RP?" To climb on top of a building and fire a taser 10 meters away, dodging 4 civilians and hitting the target behind them? Yeah sure, I won't judge.

No, we noticed a friend and fellow gang member getting arrested infront of us and confronted the arresting officer, had we talked with you or not it would have still ended with a shootout.

Can someone handle my unban request? This whole concept of "guilty until proven innocent, which is usually after a week or so but we'll slide it under the carpet by slamming some random rulebreak anyone does to make you look guilty" is getting old, thanks!

I can't see any sign of roleplay effort from your side over there. And it doesn't seem like you were AFK as you were talking on public chat regarding the situation; however you decided to take an action when you have noticed the opportunity to pull the trigger.

Regarding your statement about the usage of taser... As I said, Jim didn't carry any firearm when I tased him however we can use taser if there is no an active shootout.
Regarding my concept of "RP"... Why you don't show us your RP skills?

Ok, as you wish, let me handle it.

What you did was indeed deathmatching. You did not even try to RP. Justifying your actions by 3 scattered RP sentences does not work. Neither the things Gandalf said do help you here as you merely use them as an excuse to DM. Those things do not exempt you from at least trying to RP instead of plainly shooting.

Considering the doubtful legitimacy of some previous bans, but also considering your lengthy punishment history, review in 1 months.
