I really don't know what's wrong with being pulled over. FBI people get pulled over as well and have to deal with it. If they broke the law they broke the law, none is above it.
I don't give a shit if SAPD issues a ticket to them either. They should have followed the law and it wouldn't have happened. Simple.

In fact, I myself called in SAPD to pull over one FBI member who was speeding and asked them to issue a ticket.

Quite sure it was because a heli was parked like Gandalf would after a few bottles of Wodka en the fact he was almost heliblading everyone around.
EDIT: Aka he isn't bitching, nor being annoyed by being pulled over, just having a laugh.

Can't find where it states pulling a CIA over is a problem. The problem is the way it happened and please don't fuck up this topic, he made it so we laugh at the video ffs.
