Errrr.... I never said in first place that the admin was for "pwn" hackers, I said that in an offtopic manner, Not talking to you as VCMP Admin, Talking to you as friend..., I understand Admins' job is NOT on punishing someone...

PMP speaks true, it was just taxi hopping what u can get in singleplayer by complete all taxi missions, i just wanted to climb walls whit it..

But when u say word "hack" u guys think i was using speed,gravity,unlimited bullets etc.

Means that further rulebreaking of forum rules will grant you a ban from forums.

I'm afraid you don't know the entire situation. He wasn't playing alone with his hacks, he even said he had HP hacks ( he didn't use this while I was online, though), several people reported it to me that he was using those hacks to take advantage on others, both ingame and on MSN. Mex told him to remove his hacks, he told us that he did, but in fact, he didn't, which lead to his punishment. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve a second chance, but so far he hasn't managed to convince us fully that unbanning him is the best option.

So please, get all your facts straight before leaping into such conclusions. Sorry for sounding rude.

First, take note that my posts have a delay, like 1 day or so of delay :P so when they are posted, they are already outdated. Hope I get unmoderated.

I was kidnapping someone(but I'm always doing that so no big deal) when lots of SWAT came to me, and simo appeared on the back hopping the taxi, i though everyone could do that, I tried taxi and I couldn't so I got that it was a hack.
Thats in fact the only hack I saw him use.
Lot's of people have the bad habit of reporting HP hacks when ever they can't kill someone, most times, it's the lag. I killed Simo several times that afternoon so I can't confirm the HP hacks.

He seemed a nice guy to me, thats all, I have no complains at him.

After talking and thinking for some time, we have come up with a decision.

As we hope you have learned something from this, GTASimo, we have agreed to unban you. You will be able to play on our server again, and will play on same terms as anyone else. We really hope you have learned something, and that you have taken this punishment serious. We are expecting never to see you with any type of hacks/cheats/mods on again, and we sure hope for your own fault, that you will keep this rule.
In return of this, we want you to keep the rules of the server, and if you ever do use any type of hacks/cheats/mods again, the same will happen (do not expect us to be as kind, if you do it again)

GTASimo will be unbanned.

At the same time, your forum "Moderated" status been removed, in return we expect you to talk in a decent way on this forum, and not make a bunch of topics about the excact same subject.
