Hello Scorpion,

This is the topic (click me) for passport applications.
It is located on the board "IVMP - City Hall" of the IVMP Section. Click on the link to redirect to the COL topic, read the materials given on the first page of the topic, post your application if you agree and meet the requirements. Your application shall be noted after it is reviewed by COL officials, and you will receive your exam in game when ready.

to get a passport - after playing 7 days -
you need to apply - by replying the topic with filling the form - for Passport at this topic COL
Then after getting passport if you wish to apply for a driving license you may apply for it at this topic SSDS
