This is a verbal agreement and clearly shows that about10whales agreed to bring back the infernus to about10pandas. Even though it's not explicitly mentioned in the evidence that it's a loan he agreed upon, I have no reason to believe otherwise. Also about10whales did not submit a defense which could support other theories.

I believe about10whales has purposely scammed about10pandas to gain money or a free car for himself at the cost of about10pandas. Therefor about10whales will have to give about10pandas back his Infernus or a total sum of 310k (an infernus worth market price). About10whales has 5 days time to do this. If About10whales does not return the Infernus or 310k the money will be automatically deducted from his account including an additional 10k administration fees.
