SA-MP won't work :( URGANTLY please help will pay 7k on argonath if you help

right everytime i try to load a server up on SA-MP a box apears saying

RuntimeError!

Program ********************************************** so on lol

this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unsal way
Please contact the application's support team for more information

wot does tht mean i have unistalled sa-mp and installed it again does not work please help me urgantly
