when? i assume when i was playing under an alias and got killed when spawned at hospital, respawned, stayed under it and would be killed again if not returned fire?

those are the only moments i have recorded because i don't run fraps 24/7 but it should be enough to prove that calin kept doing shit that day and i couldnt do anything but return fire and use /report (which i probably did, if i didn't then my mistake)

i did kill him once under the crane (as revenge for a previous situation and also the fact that szyma, a polish friend called for help there) and say that he started punching me which was a lie but that was just so admins read that from irc and think its all ok because i didnt want to risk the alias being compromised (sorry) but seeing as it is now then w/e

the hospital situation might differ a bit from reality but probably only in details, sorry, i don't have a perfect memory

if it's possible i'm also asking you to post evidence that warranted mine and milko's ban, but if it were logs only then i assume this post clears everything up?

As for the Gomiro situation; I was scammed by him on the crate mini-mission (he didn't give me a cut, just went afk) so me and Milko decided to kill him - and we did. We did not give him a chance to roleplay back because it was a hit and we would've killed him regardless - anyway, as we opened fire on his Hotring Racer he paused the game and after a short time unpaused again - and after killing him and driving away Milko said that we 'should do this more often, so he gets permbanned' - something like this, which is what you may have meant with 'conspiracy to frame other players'. However this was purely a reference to Gomiro going afk when we were trying to kill him.

I do not realize how this is provoking a DM-fest; it was purely revenge for a scam AND after we did it, Gomiro respawned, drove in a Voodoo to Starfish Island, went out of his car, runned up to me and killed me with a flamethrower; with no words. Go check logs if you don't believe me.

He was shortly after banned for going AFK when being wanted, which is true - I personally used /report after azbee complained about Gomiro being AFK because he was already banned for the same sh..t; he went AFK 2 times (2 times I experienced) after a smuggle; after the second time he got banned for it.

If by 'Deliberately trying to cause a deathmatch fest' you mean Milko /shouting messages about 'razors' then they were shouted so Milko has a quick T, arrow up and enter (can say the message quickly). This was in no way provoking.

First of all, Gomiro's case will and have been handled separately and I fully understand why Gomiro went AFK and I believe it has been clarified to him about it. Also do keep in mind that this ban is about you, not anyone else. So, if you want to report other players for any rule breaks done send it to [email protected].

This is more than enough of a proof that you are trying to start a dm fest. We know you are trying to pick a fight with Sopranos and NAR ingame just so you either a) have an excuse to deathmatch them and/or b) have  a reason to report them if they were to kill you.

Assuming that we killed Gomiro to provoke something b/w NAR and SS is stupid because that would be too costly in terms of weaponry and lifes - and we both know it.
I admit, the message I gave might not prove that however I wasn't really thinking of any other messages at that time. (the 'we don't like the X in this town' is the most basic one you can get)

Since I can't edit posts, I would also like to clarify that what we mean by Gomiro attempting to death-evade is: Gomiro unpaused, we fired, he paused, unpaused after a short duration of time and got killed.
Which is why Milko said what he said; framing would be: 'produce false evidence against (an innocent person) so that they appear guilty.'. His idea, if executed, wouldn't be framing but rather looking for excuses in order to attack him, record the attack - and if he pauses, report him. That is in no way framing him, but rather checking if he rulebreaks.

I think that clears us of the 'framing' charge, right?

As for the first charge, 'deliberately trying to cause a deathmatch fest' - I think we have explained why did we attack him already.

Nope. That wouldn't clear you nor Milko of the "charges" because we know why Gomiro alt+tabbed out and we have cleared up that situation with him.

Plus you trying to force a rule break out of someone so you can record them doing is something I do consider as "framing" and I stand by my decision.

Gomiro paused the game to report you to Klaus and that is why he was tempbanned (unbanned after 22 hours after it was all sorted out).

Then fuzzie dug in the situation and he found out the logs he posted earlier.

Adding in the fact that there's been multiple reports of you deathmatching and/or provoking someone to deathmatch so you can report them to the admins, you are now tempbanned for instigating a rulebreak to get the player punished and outright deathmatching. The ban will stand for the full duration.
