What is your favorite exercises, and how long do you train at the gym.

Its strange how 8 glasses of water a day seems impossible but 8 beers is so damn easy.

What is your favorite exercises, and how long do you train at the gym.
Chest and Bicipes, i train for two hours(not daily ofc  :D)

Biceps & Back | No questioning there.
Training around 1 hour and a few minutes, more important to spend the time in the kitchen ;).

Not active in-game anymore, checking forum from time to time.

Back combined with shoulders and trapezes ( complete upper body )
Back - Dead lift, rowing(pulling) while bending over.

Shoulders - Dumbbell front raises and lateral raise.

And in order to completely destroy myself, so I cannot raise my arms tomorrow -
Trapezes - standard raising dumbbells with maximal weight.

Takes approximatelly about 1.5 hours with 2-3 warm-ups (no warm ups at trapezes ) and 4-5 exercices( 2-3 at trapezes) per a body part.
btw. I hate biceps trainings boro.

Interesting, i can tell you the secret of the Gym if you want to gain mass

Monday: Back, Triceps
Tuesday rest or Cardio
Wednesday: Chest and Biceps
Thursday rest eat as much you can
Friday: Shoulder and Traps
Saturday: Legs, with combination deadlift or squads ;)

Maximum 1 hour, 20 minutes training dont go more than this.

Favourite is squats for sure.

Mainly compound lifts, a combination of:
 - Squats
 - Deadlifts
 - Shoulder Press
 - Bench Press
 - Seated Rows
 - Power Cleans
 - Over/underhand chinups
