lifts?
Well i usualy combine strength and size, leaning more towards bigger size yet i still think my lifts are pretty decent.
As of now:
Squats 140X5
Deadlift 155X5
Bench 115X5, at good days i've been doing 140X4 and 120X15 but ive was pretty fat back then.
Just came back to my squats and deadlifts not long ago after army injury :/
