[ISSUE][SA:MP] Police Siren not working properly

So, I've had this issue for a while now but it's quite annoying from time to time. When I try to turn on, or off my police siren, it barely works (this is done by either capslock or 'H'). It used to work fine but a couple of months ago it just started to act out on me, I have no idea whats causing this.

I do have a bunch of mods, not too many, all of them are applied through mod loader, hopefully someone can help me.

It gets mixed up with the horn so bad, i share the same problem.

Same problem here , i need to press H/Caps lock around 5 times just to turn it on haha

Effect of having high fps. I tend to keep my fps limited at 50, sweet spot between reducing glitches and having a bearable fps
