/fillup at Helipad

I've found a huge annoying problem to the game, Helicopters have fuel. Now the problem is the Helipads cannot "Fill up fuel" and we always have to land the helicopter on ground level which is potentially a risky job to land it around public areas such as Police Stations etc. waiting for an incident to happen (Heli Kill etc.) I'm suggesting a Helipad /refill zone at areas where players/police need to fillup their helicopters. All law enforcement Helipads and most public helipads need this if you want Helicopters to have fuel. At one point I was flying yesterday and very low on fuel (1%) left and I had to land on ground level just to fill up, I think having this will help save lives and prevent risks in future use. Even if including you could have like a Business for public to pay for helipad fuel (Owned by players) to bring more businesses back into the game it would be great.

I'm suggesting a Helipad /refill zone at areas where players/police need to fillup their helicopters.

There are many Gas Stations selling Jet-A fuel, most of them free of building and objects (Suffolk, Lancaster, MGS, FIA GS etc...) that would normally block you or cause any other problem.

Since you'll need to land on the Gas Station itself to get it filling up, I don`t see the ground level risks... Because you aren`t ground level exactly.
So I don`t see the need for it, just take the time to fillup somewhere else since a helicopter is fast enough to do so, as it doesnt take that much to visit a Gas Station to fillup and then going back on track.

We don`t live in the stone ages anymore! we have got Mechanics all around to help you out with a single call since they are portable and fast!

Since you'll need to land on the Gas Station itself to get it filling up, I don`t see the ground level risks... Because you aren`t ground level exactly.

Law Enforcement deserve /fillup at their Helipads, it's the same process for Vehicle /fillup on ground level. On some occasions i've seen the issue before police move to the ground to fill up where Helicopters are out of reach from the ground like FIAPD is one clear example of the problem, when moving to ground level just to fill up on the road the helicopter causes disruption to traffic, causes carjacking and helicopter kills to others from new players. Local PD's with Helipads, only should be excepted with /fillup command to prevent the problems in future and quicker for emergencies response will be a huge benefit to this, then going for public Gas Stations and bringing more in the line of waiting.

Gas Station, this will have a growing problem players may Queue up with helicopters (Civilians/law enforcement) around waiting to be refuelled and an accident to happen such as Heli-rams, Innocent kills (Players who are standing around below), Heli's may fly out of control when being heli rammed.

I think it's a good idea. I would also forbid LCPD helicopters to fillup any other place then a helipad on LCPD buildings. This way the LCPD Helicopter will have to think strategically where to fill up his chopper. Since LCPD can fillup their LCPD vehicles for free, I don't take businesses into consideration for this.

I would restrict that LCPD Helicopter can only be fillup at FIA PD, and TRU ones only at NOOSE TRU HQ

That way you have the same scenario as in any game.. helicopter is tracking you just for some period of time, then it has to return to fill with fuel

To add to this, I suggest prolonging filling up helicopters.. to double the time or similar. So that +10 units of fuel take maybe 20s or similar? C:

Yeah that's what I mean, and the LCPD only have 2 Heli-pads I believe (LCPD HQ and FIAPD). Also support the TRU Base for their Helipad fuel, i think it will help a lot with sorting the problems.
