/carupgrade to upgrade your car just like with a house.

1. GPS, shows your car's location on map with red marker - $25000
2. Bigger fuel tank, can carry 140% fuel - $60000
3. All TV channels, true crime, FC news,Race news - $10000 each.
4. Alarm system, going off(starts) when someone hits/enters your car - $50000
5. Steel plating armor on car, can't take damage, just like when a cheater leaves his hp hacked car, and i enter it- $200000
6. Body armor in car, just like in SWAT van - $35000
7. Pistol in car, 4 clips of 9mm - 55000
8. Changing the ignition switch to a key, which is with you all the  time, making it impossible for others to start your car, unless u makea copy of the key and give it to someone (Key making company)- $140000 for the carupgrade

i thought car can carry up too 200% fuel

I have only seen a police bike have 200%, no cars with 200, and it can be fixed even if they can carry 200

All police vehicles have 200% fuel tanks.

I like the upgrade ideas, however although i dont know anything about scripting, it may probably be very complicated to put armour in cars n stuff, becasue the guns and armour in the police vehicles are actually in the game.

Ps. Wouldnt mind some of those car upgrades though

Yea same but number 8 might not be the best idea if the person that you lend it to either;
a) doesn't give it back.
b) Is never on at the same time as you ever again.
or
c) leaves the game for good (which is sort of the same as b but there you go).
Then how would you start your car if one of the above happens :?:

Yes , they should lose they key when they log out, and when you come in, its back on you.
Maybe there should be a key company, which can make a copy out of your key, allowing 2 players in server to use the car, without having to give the keys to eachother all the time.
Each key should be named with the id of your car. When the car's ID is 5, the key that you carry must be also 'Key 5'. Maybe also a command /keys, showing all the keys you have in a list 'Your keys: 5; 18; 37'
allowing you to start these ID cars.
Making a copy of your key should cost about 10k, or even better, renting your key to someone, if he carrys it with him, some money is transfered from other player to you every hour, as the rent for the car.

All cars without this upgrade can be used by all the players.
So this won't result in all cars being locked in a city.

Says Car location It'll then tell the area the said car is in, operating the same way as the /area  and /loc *PID*

Few more ideas

1) A button to automatically ask people to surrender. E.g. F5 or something like that because when you are driving on your own you cannot type surrender and drive because they get away and it ends up pointless typing because someone else has already killed them or they are in the water or too far away.

2) When you go on limo/bus/taxi duty your name changes colour on the list of players so that you no who is on duty and you dont spam the text calling for all of the different types of service.

1 Patrol in pairs, or get a keybinder.

2 Is open for abuse by criminals cops ect. Wont work...

I've noticed that theres a small town in LV Desert called "El Quarabous". If you go there it has it's own police station. So I think there should be a EQPD.
