According to your "old friend" Vatan you're from Germany. German people have less than 50 ping to the server in Netherlands. This excuse sounds a lot like bullshit to me.

I'm german.and i live in  Turkey we are living same city with Vatan in Turkey. internets are very bad (4 mbps) so i need use proxy if proxy is not allowed, i will not use it anymore.

No more proxies tho', play with your real IP so you don't get banned for using free proxies that are banned.
