Reason why you did it: I was Just Testing the Mod that Suddenly a Chase came, the whole chase was with the mod so you may be seeing my vehicle being too Skiddy and Fast and Drifting type it was that [CarMod] i have now done a Complete & Fresh Install Of GTA IV and have some mods that i Guess are allowed Some Optimization mods By babe & a commandline which has "-windowed -width 640 -height 480 -availablevidmem 90" Nothing Else no mods no cars no Nothing
Really Sorry for what i have Done It will never Ever Happen again if it Does Ban Permanently and i`ll Quit Iv:Mp & You will not see more Bann requests after this one Promise [i shall Do my BEST to Fulfill my promise] .I`m Already Missing Argonath .Therefore i request a Unbann please solve this case as early Please Its a Request

Hello,
You were banned for not removing ur mods and ignoring administration . You had a mod that removed properties and trees ..etc . Plus the car mod .
Admins paprika and joey had tried alot of times talking to you . They froze u alot of times. And warned you to remove the mods alot of times.
And to be honest , We agreed on giving you a last chance after all these warnings to remove the mods . But u quitted the game when they tried to talk to you .
Everytime they try to talk to you . U leave the game
I hope u have reinstalled the game . And have read the rules again.

I have Done Reinstall ,There are some mods like Optimization,WheelRider and Commandline . You can Randomly Confirm in Game too Sorry Please it won`t happen again . :"( Really Sorry now Please Can i get the Unban
