Further information:  Well, we went killing Kessu in a way  that we thought  it was allowed on VC:MP, based on previous situations we experienced, and being misinformed by people,  turns out we were wrong. Shared some PM with Kessu, where he explained me what's VC:MP standards in such situations, and that's more then fine by me, wont have a problem with it in the future.
