Well, I'm sure everyone knows what happened but I'll go on again.
Recently I was barely playing Argonath because I lost interest in SA:MP over-all, then I randomly just logged in Argonath and someone told me to be careful apparently Gvardias were hunting me.
I went in my helicopter and just flew around, then Gvardia & Co. kept following me with their helicopters for about 20minutes where ever I went to, even flew to very unique places that nobody goes to, they still followed me.

Now, when you're one of the biggest criminals and part of the biggest criminal group in the server and have one of the biggest enemy'd criminal groups following you all around the map for 20 minutes with full armours. You obviously won't just stop and have a snickers with them, they obviously weren't chasing me for that much time to talk to me, else they would've called me on my phone.

So I stopped on some roof and shot one of their helicopters down and killed one. Then this happens:

Later I got messaged by two other Corleones who were also banned at the time saying that we got unbanned and the banning admin got removed.

After the investigation with HQ about the incident which got you both banned(Yulya and Richard)
for blatant deathmatching is solved. Regarding the logs and information we received we decided
to ban you. First ban was invalid cause the reason that moderators cant ban and request
bans ingame without any investigation. They can place a request to HQ for that.
If you want to be unbanned please place your unban request to our unban request section on forums.

So by the looks of it, people just persuade certain people into banning others, then there are higher ranked staff giving out special treatments to certain players.

Because I in no point of time was messaged or talked to before banning to listen to my part of story, you guys say you checked logs.
What logs did you check?
How can the logs prove to you that they weren't following me for 20 minutes?
Did Astaroth have a proof to ban me in the first place?
Why was Astaroth removed if my ban is valid?

See, you don't have to answer these questions, but they're just to give you some sense.



If you guys are gonna come up and say that we've all been wrong about everything and that Corleone is a very bad group that have been DMing and ruining the server, then you guys are pretty much blind.
Because you would either be pretending to not see, or you're just not active enough to see which group is actually doing that.



About the special treatment part, a Corleone member reported Cofiliano for the numerous quit abuse he has done so far.
Then the reply he gotten from @Andeey was:

Hi there, Your report on Cofiliano_Gvardia for /q to avoid capture is being looked into now, i will PM you back with further information on the matter, just need to get a hold of Cofiliano.

Now, that makes me question myself. Why was I never talked to about my ban or questioned?
And he yet to be banned, not that I like to see people get banned, if it was for me I'd love to have every group login at the same time, you guys are complaining how the server is being treated as TDM, no you're wrong.
The server has been like this with wars for a very long time already and it's not a new thing. Maybe it looks like that to you because you haven't played for years.

Now back to my ban, Carbon straight-out ignored all my messages and responded with nothing relevant that would help fix the situation, but with trash talk. Unlike Andeey who's gonna talk to the every side that is involved in the report and get everyones story.



now, I was gonna wait for things to calm down and have all the drama gone before I make this but looks like it's not going anytime soon, I may still not be very interested in SA:MP, but I do want to get unbanned just in-case I feel like playing this game again because I do believe that I was wrongly banned, just if Carbon talked to me before banning me and found out that it's misunderstanding instead of replying to the negative heat of the moment replies with negativity.

By this point, there was no gunfire exchanged, minus that one point during the situation where I was dicking around near you guys with a Beagle alone trying to discern whether or not you were my group's helicopter or yours. I did not even get to see your nametags nor could you have seen mine before you guys had decided to open fire on my Beagle (which was black and not Gvardia colored, by the way) for absolutely no reason, but decided to leave it alone because I decided the trouble and attitude associated with talking to you specifically about anything administrative at all ever while wearing a tag of an enemy group to yours was really not worth the trouble of losing 25% of vehicle health of a vehicle I didn't really care about. It turns out that this may have been a mistake, but did not necessarily contribute to the initial ban when I banned you on Astaroth's request. Perhaps Carbon will have a different view on that.

In relation to that^, it seems that those sharing the story with management could not seem to get their story straight. I was never inside of a Beagle that was drive-bying you as was claimed, nor was there presently any Beagle drive-bying you, nor was there ever a Beagle drive-bying you before you shot me.

I would also like to add that Jov and Djole were not even involved in the situation, not even in Gvardia's /cb. And if I recall correctly, they were not even online for that long. What I am getting at here, you had made an assumption based on their groups' relations with Gvardia, decided that their very first intention was to land on your roof and open fire without even any prior roleplay interaction between Gvardia/Corleone let alone their group and Corleone, therefore it is okay to just open fire?

If you guys are gonna come up and say that we've all been wrong about everything and that Corleone is a very bad group that have been DMing and ruining the server, then you guys are pretty much blind.

With all due respect to you and your group, if you are gonna come up and say that it is one or two groups that have been DMing and ruining the server - that your group in particular is the one group that is totally innocent from anything and everything in that regard - rather than a collective influence of nearly every single criminal group that is presently active on the server or has been active in the past, then perhaps you should take more care when making these observations, and look at it from a much broader perspective. There is a very big problem on the server that has been existing for many many years. I encourage you to ponder the thought a little more deeply beyond the scope of Gvardia and Corleone before continuing with your unban request.

We had someone who was checking the pilots list for us and telling us who were the pilots, which happened to be only Gvardias.
Either ways, since you've come out and talked about it you might aswell tell me why were you following me?

For Jov and Djole who have been part of attacks on Corleone on almost daily basis, they were just at the wrong place and time if they weren't part of the thing you guys were doing.
This could've been solved way easier  if you didn't rush the ban, I could've refunded Jov and Djole whatever they lost and apologized from them, but no. Rushing bans seems to be meta.
