Anyone has played this game? 

My first run was such a dissapointment because I thought player stats like thirstiness, fatigue and rest were only stats. I ended spending 2 hours+ building the car, I was like few mins away from actually completing the build when I died from dehydration  The controls were also a bit strange, got me a while to get used to parts and tool box!

Got this aswell. spent couple of hours to build the car, earn some money, buying some upgrades for the car, when I finally got it running with the tuning I headed headed to the car inspection and failed because of Exhaust, muffler, wheels, racing harness and seats. So I headed back home to install those stock parts. and on the way to car inspection I got rammed by a freaking NPC and died  And now my car is a total fucking mess...

Well, you start off with a car in pieces, so you have to build everything up from scratch with a body, you have to install the suspension, brakes, drivetrain, and assemble the engine and all shit, aswell as you work by cleaning peoples sewers, and chopping/transporting firewood
