Said belongings^ account for more than the loan's worth thus there should be no problem with the payment. Shall the receiver fail to pay back within the deadline, belongings accounting to 220,000$ are to be forcefully removed from the receiver and paid to the loan company. If said loan receiver hides his belongings to avoid paying, his bank account(s) is/are to be permanently taxed the amount he owes until the debt is repaid. For each week passing the deadline date, the receiver's payback amount is increased by 5%.
