well when i play gta iv when there is no medic or fireman i am alone i think that would be better if fireman do his mission and medic remains fireman should get 600$ for his job cause if there is no medic so he wont be able to get money if u think it is not nice idea than there should be another job with which we could get atleast 500$ or 400$ which job should be alone not like medic  &  Fireman cause if there are no fireman and medics than u cant get money so please get another job

Yeah, it is sad when nobody else is there in a fireman-medic mission.

There is already an update launched recently.

The update lets you get 600$ as fireman (or medic) when you completed the fireman part and then go off fireman and go on medic (or fireman) and do the same mission again.
This way you can still complete the mission and get a whopping 1200 Argonath Dollars in exchange!
